Northern Ireland-based telecom provider B4B Group is expanding its reach with the acquisition of fellow Irish telephone systems and business communications services provider Fenix Solutions Ltd. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The entirety of Fenix’s staff will join B4B, the firm said. This deal is the company’s third acquisition in four years.
Dominic Kearns, CEO of B4B Group, commented on the news:
“B4B Group, as a business, believes the added value its acquisitions and their customers are receiving with access to our in-house expertise, support, and product range is making their overall customer experience better. Our company, as a business, is highly focused on the development of its own physical broadband and enabling services infrastructure instead of only wholesaling services from others.”
B4B’s last venture was to create a broadband network provider named Fibrus along with a local Irish Entrepreneur. Fibrus aims to develop a fiber network within Northern Ireland.
