EMM M&A: Enghouse Acquires Navita

Enghouse Systems Limited has acquired Mobi All Tecnologia S.A. (Navita), a provider of SaaS-based enterprise mobility management solutions (EMM). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Enghouse Acquires Navita for Brazil Expansion

Enghouse, founded in 1984, is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Enghouse has 1,152 employees listed on LinkedIn The company develops enterprise software for remote work, visual computing, communications and software-defined networks and its areas of expertise include software engineering, telecom, call center/contact center, transportation and networks.

Navita is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The company provides EMM device and telecom expense management, including Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and IT Expense Management (ITEM) to ensure the compliant use of mobile assets by its users according to the customers' internal governance policies. Navita's customers include large enterprises, telecom providers and hardware manufacturers in Brazil and business customers and government agencies, the company said. Navita's annual revenue is approximately $7.5 million.

The acquisition will expand Enghouse's presence in the Brazilian market and grow the combined companies' customer base.

Enghouse's Growth Strategy

Enghouse has a two-pronged growth strategy that focuses on internal growth and acquisitions, the company said. In 2020, Enghouse acquired Altitude Software.
