Executech has purchased the clientele of Max Technology, an IT services provider in Carbon County, Utah. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Executech says the deal will help it grow in the rural communities of Utah, expanding on the areas of Cedar Valley and St. George that it already serves.
This is the company's second acquisition of sorts this year. An earlier deal, confirmed in February 2018, involved Red Rock IT's clientele and team members.
Under President Eric Montague's leadership, Executech has been in growth mode. The company's revenues were $13.5 million in 2016, representing a 176 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over a three-year period, according to Inc. 5000 survey results at the time.
That growth attracted investor interest. Among those taking note: Evergreen Services Group, which invested in Executech earlier this year.
