Fulcrum IT Partners is based in Delaware. Fulcrum is the parent company of IT solution companies in the UK, Canada and the U.S. Fulcrum holds a majority stake in Tieva, a cloud and infrastructure provider in the United Kingdom and iOn, an MSSP in Calgary, Alberta.

Enhanced Vertical Growth for Fulcrum
The acquisition is part of Fulcrum's strategy to expand its partnerships in the technology solutions sector, according to the company.
F3 has a presence in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors, aligning with Fulcrum's vertically-focused growth strategy.
Over the past 15 years, CRN has recognized F3 several times, and the company has established partnerships with vendors such as Cisco, VMWare, and NetApp in areas like cloud, data center, and automation/DevOps solutions.
