Gradient MSP has hired Cytracom and IT Glue veteran Dave Goldie as VP, channel. Goldie arrives as Gradient MSP prepares to release Billable, an application that works with PSA (professional services automation) software to automate monthly customer billing tasks for MSPs.
Goldie previously was VP of channel at Cytracom, a VoIP and UCaaS (unified communications as a service) provider focused on the MSP ecosystem. Earlier, he was VP of channel at IT Glue, the MSP documentation software provider that Kaseya now owns.
In a prepared statement about the hire, Gradient CEO Colin Knox said: “Dave’s arrival helps to bolster the strong team that we are building and is timely as we prepare for the launch of Billable at our Leg Up event in November."
Leg Up 2021, Gradient's first-annual event for MSPs, is a virtual event this year. It's scheduled for November 17, 2021. Acronis Chief Channel Evangelist Amy Luby, Liongard CEO Joe Alapat and Pax8 VP of Academy Rex Frank are scheduled to present at the event.
