Systems integrator GyanSys has acquired SouthEnd Group, an SAP Ariba partner that supports customers in Argentina and Brazil. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This is GyanSys's second acquisition of 2022. The other deal involved Groundswell Cloud Solutions, a Salesforce and Mulesoft partner.
SouthEnd, founded in 2006, is an SAP Gold Partner that has more than 100 consultants across Latin America. The company is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. SouthEnd also specializes in We have deep knowledge and large experience implementing such Atlassian products as JIRA, Agile and Confluence.
GyanSys, founded in 2005, is based in Carmel, Indiana. The company has 1,1184 employees listed on LinkedIn. Overall headcount spans more than 2,000 consultants who support 225 enterprise customers across the Americas, Europe and APAC. GyanSys specializes in digital transformation, systems integration and managed services for SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Azure customers.
