Kaseya, a global provider of IT management and security software, has unveiled a new certification program titled Remote IT and Security Management (RITSM). The program aims to equip learners with skills in remote IT and security management.
The initiative comes as technology job vacancies pose challenges for many smaller companies seeking qualified candidates.
Course Details
The RITSM certification offers a Foundations course that spans 12 hours, presenting a general overview of products, and touching on IT and security management.
For individuals seeking a more comprehensive study, a 40-hour Professional program is available. This advanced course provides participants with hands-on simulations in demo environments.
Kaseya's collaboration with academic institutions such as Florida International University and Miami Dade College, as well as industry entities like Techno Global Team, facilitates the certification's distribution.
Learners have the flexibility to undertake the certification either as a segment of a broader academic course or as a stand-alone, self-directed online course. Notably, Miami Dade College will be incorporating the certification as a credit-bearing course in their upcoming spring semester.
