Marco, a St. Cloud, Minnesota technology service provider, has acquired Accent Business Solutions, a copier/printer company from Appleton, Wisconsin. Zygoquest Group advised Accent on the deal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Marco will continue to serve Accent’s clients from the eight locations the company already has throughout Wisconsin, the company said.
Marco CEO Jeff Gau commented on the deal:
"We look forward to continuing Accent's commitment to satisfying their clients and expanding the services and technical expertise we can provide them. We have been serving the state of Wisconsin for the past seven years and welcome our new clients to Marco."
Marco has 1,430 employees and serves more than 35,000 clients from its 62 locations across the United States. Marco has acquired at least 24 companies in the last six years - many of them involving companies in the Wisconsin region.
In January, Marco purchased Light Chute, Wisconsin’s Enterprise Systems Group. In October 2016, the company purchased Green Bay’s Infinity Technology.
