ITVantix is an IT, voice and security services provider in middle Georgia. ExecuSoft Controls is an IT solutions provider in Peachtree City, Georgia. The deal is designed to help ITVantix scale amid growing demand for managed services across the state.

A combined management team will lead the merged entity.

  • ITVantix Co-founder Jerry Bryan is CEO
  • ITVantix Co-founder Shane Sanders is CFO.
  • Execusoft Founder Costas Soulakos is GM of operations for the Peachtree City location, closely as a strategic advisor to the management team.

In a joint statement, Bryan and Sanders said:

"We're thrilled to bring together the complementary skills and experience of two leading IT Service Providers in Georgia. Over the past three years, we have worked diligently to accelerate growth and expand our line of product and service offerings. Bringing ITVantix together with ExecuSoft's impressive talent and deep expertise in providing IT and networking solutions will take us to the next level and deliver extraordinary levels of customer support to businesses throughout Georgia."

Soulakos added:

"We couldn't be more excited about the opportunities this merger creates.  ExecuSoft's customers are like family and as we looked for growth opportunities, it became evident that partnering with ITVantix would provide tangible value to our customers."
