Hot MSP Acquisition Targets
MSPs that offer managed database and enterprise application service are hot commodities in the M&A sector. Just yesterday, private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP) acquired Remote DBA Experts (RDX), an MSP that offers remote database and cloud managed services.
Additional noteworthy deals include:
- Datavail, a major Oracle channel partner and MSP focused on managed database services, acquired Art of BI, an Oracle analytics partner.
- Oracle Cloud solutions provider Evosys acquired Oracle Gold partner Newbury Taleo Group to boost the firm’s North American presence.
ChannelE2E is aware of at least one more M&A deal in this application-centric MSP space that's expected to close later this month. Stay tuned for updates.
