NuMSP remains in acquisition mode, acquiring a pair of managed services providers that will help expand its geographic reach. The company purchased K-Tech Solutions of Ohio and Business Network Solution (BNS) of Arkansas. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

A spokesperson for NuMSP didn't say how many employees worked for each company, but did say that all employees will be staying with the company.
"In every acquisition, we want to keep the existing staff as we understand they are so vital to the business," Chirag Patel, mergers and acquisitions, NuMSP, told ChannelE2E.
NuMSP Acquires K-Tech Solutions: Combining Skills
Founded in 2011 in Columbus, Ohio, K-Tech provides IT and cybersecurity solutions to a number of industries, including veterinary, health care, law firms, insurance and accounting, according to its website. This deal will bolster NuMSP’s presence in Ohio, the company said.

NuMSP Acquires Business Network Solutions
Founded in 2001, Business Network Solutions offers managed IT services, providing cloud services and backup and disaster recovery in municipalities across central Arkansas, including Conway, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Sherwood, Maumelle and Greenbrier.

NuMSP: 15 MSP Acquisitions So Far
The pair of acquisitions – NuMSP’s fourteenth and fifteenth since its founding in 2018 – are part of the company’s growth strategy. NuMSP says it is building a nationwide company “with the scale and resources to deliver advanced IT services to SMBs that will rival incumbent solutions at Fortune 500 companies to meet the challenges SMBs face in leveraging their IT investments.”
Headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey, NuMSP does not shy away from its M&A strategy, prominently displaying options for MSPs interested in selling their business. “If you own an IT services company and are considering selling as an option, we would love to speak with you at your earliest convenience,” their website says.

- Ultimate Technical Solutions Inc (UTSI) of New Orleans, Louisiana; and
- Network Medics, an MSP in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
