The Lioce Group has acquired fellow Alabama office equipment dealer Digital Print Solutions Inc. (DPSI). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group advised the Lioce Group on the sale.

The Lioce Group Acquires Digital Print Solutions: Company Backgrounds
Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, The Lioce Group provides sales, service and support for office equipment and automation software. The company is an authorized Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, HP and Lexmark dealer. The company has additional offices in Birmingham, Alabama.
DPSI has operated from its Decatur, Alabama offices for 10 years. The company is a full-line authorized Sharp dealer, and also is authorized to sell and service printers from HP and Lexmark. The company’s owners, Eric Grisham and Trey Clark, will assist in transitioning DPSI’s employees into The Lioce Group, the company said.
The Lioce Group says it plans to integrate DPSI’s employees into its Huntsville location.
According to a statement on DPSI’s website:
“Both DPSI and TLG have a long record of bringing advanced solutions to our customers and backing them with local caring support after the sale. DPSI’s resources and capabilities will further improve the products and services provided to our North Alabama customers. TLG is thankful to DPSI’s management for their friendship and partnering during this transition.”
