IT solutions provider firm Perficient has acquired Clarity Consulting, a Microsoft cloud partner that specializes in custom development, cloud implementations, and digital experience design.
Clarity, based in Chicago, generates $27 million in annual revenue and has roughly 160 consulting, technology, sales, and general and administrative professionals. Clarity CEO Jeff Smith, CTO Jon Rauschenberger and Partner Jerry Brunning will take on key leadership roles at Perficient.
Perficient, based in St. Louis, has Microsoft Unified Communications expertise and has acquired 11 companies since 2013. Perficient says the deal increases its Microsoft know-how and presence in the North Central region of the country, including the enterprise-rich Chicago market.
