Salesforce AppExchange M&A: InVisory Acquires GTM Guides

InVisory, the cloud advisory marketplace for Salesforce AppExchange, has acquired GTM Guides, a Salesforce ecosystem success company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

InVisory Acquires GTM Guides

InVisory, founded in 2022, is based in New York, New York. The company has 14 employees listed on LinkedIn. InVisory is a marketplace that uses a proprietary algorithm to score all 4,000 apps and 2,000 consulting firms from the Salesforce ecosystem. InVisory allows any Salesforce customer to create a free profile and receive recommendations on which apps and consulting firms may be the best fit for their needs.

GTM Guides, founded in YEAR, is based in Denver, Colorado. The company has one employee listed on LinkedIn. GTM Guides' areas of expertise include Salesforce, alliances, ISVs, go-to-market, sales and marketing.

GTM Guides helps Salesforce ecosystem vendors better engage and represent themselves by matching them with potential customers. InVisory will integrate and automate the GTM Guides deliverables to help existing and new customers achieve higher ROI for the business.

The acquisition enhances InVisory’s ability to help Salesforce independent software vendors (ISV) and certified consulting firms increase their lead generation and brand awareness and reach more customers. Mike Davis, founder of GTM Guides, will join InVisory as chief revenue officer (CRO), and Sienna Quirk will serve as VP of marketing.
