Dataprise, backed by Trinity Hunt Partners and a provider of managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud solutions, today announced that it acquired Cohere Cyber Secure, a security-first managed services provider headquartered in New York City. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Dataprise’s New York City operations while providing Cohere’s clients access to Dataprise’s broad portfolio of services, the companies said. The acquisition is part of Dataprise's longer-term acquisition and growth strategy.
