Thrive Remains Committed to the Florida Market

4IT represents Thrive's fourth acquisition in Florida and 20th overall acquisition dating back to 2016. It cements Thrive's status as "a top-tier, comprehensive managed services technology provider," according to the company.

Together, Thrive and 4IT will offer IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and IT services to Florida organizations, the companies said. Furthermore, Thrive and 4IT will help these organizations avoid challenges during their digital transformation journeys.

What 4IT Brings to Thrive

4IT has a "track record in managing intricate technology projects since 2003," Thrive CEO Rob Stephenson stated. It will help Thrive deliver cybersecurity and cloud services that it can use to "create a dominant player in the South Florida market," Stephenson added.

Also, 4IT plans to "elevate [its] overall service, cybersecurity and cloud solutions to new heights," CEO Raymond Mobayed noted. With Thrive's support, 4IT will be able to "better serve [its] clients' complex technology requirements moving forward," Mobayed indicated.

Thrive Acquires MSP, Microsoft Partner

Prior to buying 4IT, Thrive in July 2023 purchased IT Freedom, a Texas-based managed IT services and IT support provider. The acquisition helps Thrive provide its NextGen Managed Security & Services Platform to Texas organizations, the businesses said.

Previously, Thrive bought Storagepipe, a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider, in April 2023. The acquisition gives Storagepipe's customers access to Thrive's cybersecurity and cloud services, the companies stated.

Thrive provides NextGen managed services designed designed to help organizations use and optimize their applications, the business indicated. It also offers partner programs for channel vendors and other technology providers.
