Trustpoint. One, an eDiscovery and legal solutions provider, has acquired Kelly Legal Managed Services (KLMS) for an undisclosed sum.
This is Trustpoint’s third acquisition in recent weeks, having already bought Alderson Court Reporting and Confluent Translations.
The deal enhances Trustpoint’s footprint and its suite of legal staffing and legal solutions, the company said.
KLMS was a division of Kelly Services, which specializes in temporary help. As a result of the acquisition, Kelly will no longer offer legal staffing options. Instead, Trustpoint will serve as a strategic partner to Kelly, SIA reports.
"We can now provide our clients a more complete portfolio of business and legal solutions than ever before. We are elated to join forces with the Trustpoint team and look forward to supporting the continued growth and success of our clients, employees, and partners,” said Jennifer Grossman, Esq., senior director and global practice lead for KLMS.
Trustpoint. One, founded in 2003, is based in Atlanta, Georgia and has satellite operations in at least 11 other cities around the United States. The company works with law firms, corporations, and government agencies worldwide.
