Zygoquest, a merger and acquisition advisor in the office equipment market, played a key role in yet another deal. Indeed, the company recently helped facilitate the sale of assets from Arista Business Imaging Solutions to Sharp Electronics Corporation, according to a prepared statement.

Zygoquest’s Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski served as advisors to Aristia and its owners Ken and Lorrie Eysel. This latest deal will allow Sharp to expand into the Northern California region, according to the news release.
Terms of the transaction are confidential, but it’s interesting to note that Zygoquest has advised on 14 M&A transactions in the last 12 months and dozens more over the last few years. According to its website, Zygoquest provides customized merger and acquisition services to buyers and sellers of companies.
Dudek and Wisniewski have authored more than 500 completed M&A transactions. Many of their recent deals have involved office equipment companies, managed print services specialists, and other technology services companies. Prior to founding Zygoquest, Dudek worked as VP of Acquisitions for IKON Office Solutions before it was acquired by Ricoh Corporation.
