11:11 Systems Acquires iLand (And Green Cloud Defense)
This is 11:11 Systems' second acquisition in recent weeks. The other deal involved Green Cloud Defense, a Top 250 MSSP, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Fortinet partner that supports roughly 700 MSPs.
11:11 Systems, based in Fairfield, New Jersey, says the combined businesses will allow the company to offer connectivity, cloud, and security solution sets across channel, SMB, and enterprise customers.
In a prepared statement about the iLand deal, 11:11 Systems CEO Brett Diamond said:
“The acquisition of iland is a major step in unifying all aspects of connectivity, cloud, and security to fast-track our company growth across all three solution pillars. iland is core to our strategy to become the leading managed infrastructure solutions provider, driving growth by providing a single source for customers.”
Added iLand CEO Scott Sparvero and Preident Brian Ussher in a joint statement:
“Joining 11:11 Systems will create a pathway to rapidly provide our customers with meaningful new connectivity and security offerings. Aligning iland and 11:11 Systems visions will address our customers’ need to simplify the management of their infrastructure into the hands of a few trusted vendors, so they can focus on more pressing initiatives like their mission-critical applications, edge computing, and AI.”
A quick check of LinkedIn suggests that 11:11 Systems now has more than 350 employees -- spanning 11:11 (nine employees), iLand (277) and Green Cloud Defense (84).
