Arlington Capital Partners has acquired MCR, a government services provider based in McLean, Virginia. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1977, MCR provides cost analysis and engineering and software development expertise to customers in the defense, intelligence, and critical civilian government agencies in the US and internationally. MCR also offers cybersecurity expertise to its clientele.
MCR’s senior management team has invested alongside Arlington in the deal, the buyer said.
