Converge Technology Solutions Acquires IT Services Provider REDNET AG

Converge Technology Solutions has acquired German IT services provider REDNET AG for an undisclosed amount.

This is also Converge’s twenty-third acquisition and the Canadian company’s first in Europe.

Founded in 2004, REDNET works with organizations in the education, health care and government/public sectors, providing advice, economic planning, logistics and other services to their clients.

Converge’s M&A Growth

REDNET AG marks the twenty-third acquisition completed by Converge since October 2017. In 2021 alone, the company acquired international managed IT services provider ExactlyIT and Vicom Computer Services, a multi-cloud infrastructure provider, for $25 million.
