SoftwareOne Holding AG has acquired Novis Euforia, a specialist in converting SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA and the cloud, with a focus on the European market.

LDC-backed Aspire Technology Solutions, a UK-based cybersecurity and modern workplace MSP, has announced the acquisition of Cloud Cover IT, an MSP based in Glasgow. 

IT services, cybersecurity and digital transformation provider Noventiq has acquired a few MSPs in recent years and now is pursuing a SPAC deal to go public.

Accenture has completed the acquisition of of U.K.-based consultancy 6point6, which specializes cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
