TriCore Solutions, which specializes in SAP cloud hosting and SAP HANA managed services, has acquired G3G Inc., an SAP certified channel partner. The combined businesses provide TriCore’s customers with an end-to-end SAP solution, the companies claim.
Is TriCore gearing up to wage war against Oracle partners? Not at all. In addition to TriCore's SAP practice, the company has a similar focus in the Oracle ERP world -- meaning that TriCore is a powerhouse player in two of the top business application markets.
Or as TriCore puts it:
"With many companies running multiple enterprise ERP solutions from Oracle and SAP to support their business operations, TriCore has now separated itself as the go-to partner to provide end-to-end enterprise application services."
TriCore also has extensive experience in the M&A market. The company in 2015 acquired Group Basis -- which specializes in infrastructure, database management and support for SAP.
