DecisionPoint Systems, Inc., a mobility-first enterprise services and solutions company, today announced it has acquired privately-held Macro Integration Services, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, the deal is expected to add $10+ million in revenue and $1+ million in Adjusted EBITDA during the remainder of 2023, the companies said.

DecisionPoint, founded in 2013, is based in Irvine, California. The company has 94 employees listed on LinkedIn. The acquisition allows DecisionPoint to add capabilities for digital signage and video systems as well as expand its offerings in point of sale, payments, mobility and self-service, the companies said. It also deepens the companies' penetration of traditional retail and hospitality verticals, adds food service vertical and scales grocery, quick-service restaurants and convenience stores. Finally, the acquisition will expand services into the southeastern region of the U.S. and adds significant warehousing capacity on the East Coast, the companies said.
