Accenture has acquired Experity, a cloud-focused customer experience and digital commerce platform provider based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Experity, founded in 2003, offers consulting, implementation, support and other services for cloud-based platforms in segments like consumer goods and natural resources, the seller says. The company's expertise spans commerce, marketing, content and data. Key strategic partnerships include Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP. Experity's 420 employees will tuck into the Accenture Interactive team in Brazil.
In a prepared statement about the deal, Cristiano Dencker, Accenture Interactive lead for Latin America, said:

The company will bring strong leadership and expertise with key ecosystem partners, which helps us continue to deliver exemplary services in commerce, marketing, content and data for clients in Latin America.”
Experity co-founder Daniel Huallem added:

Accenture remains active on the M&A front. The global IT consulting firm acquires dozens of companies each year. Most of the deals involve cloud services, cybersecurity, digital transformation, data and analytics, and ad agencies. MSSPs and MSPs are also frequent buyout targets.
