Perficient Acquires MedTouch for Digital Healthcare Consulting Services

St. Louis, Missouri-based digital consulting firm Perficient has acquired digital healthcare marketing and technology consulting firm MedTouch of Boston, Massachusetts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

MedTouch reinforces Perficient's healthcare consulting capabilities across patient acquisition, customer experience, patient engagement and loyalty, and physician marketing, the company said.

MedTouch generates $13 million in annual revenue. The company's clientele includes Fortune 1000 firms and healthcare institutions which, according to Perficient, creates “significant opportunity for cross-selling synergies.”

More than 50 MedTouch employees will join Perficient, and MedTouch CEO Paul Griffiths will join Perficient in a key leadership role.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share immediately, the buyer said.
