1. 1Password, Ingram Micro alliance: Identity security solutions firm 1Password announced this week a strategic distribution agreement with Ingram Micro. The agreement leverages Ingram Micro’s resellers, system integrators, and service providers to expand the reach of 1Password Extended Access Management to business customers across North America. 2. Syncro adds sentiment analysis: MSP platform provider Syncro has added Ticket Sentiment Analysis as part of its Smart Ticket Management suite, the company said in a statement. The new feature leverages advanced natural language processing (NLP) to help MSPs automatically gauge the tone and sentiment of customer communications within tickets, enabling faster and more personalized responses by helping MSPs understand customer emotions better and prioritize urgent issues. By flagging potential escalations before they develop, MSPs can improve response times and enhance customer satisfaction, Syncro said.
