Yesterday afternoon, N-able announced it had acquired Adlumin, Inc., an enterprise-grade security operations platform. The acquisition builds on Adlumin’s and N‑able’s existing partnership providing extended detection and response (XDR) capabilities and managed detection and response (MDR) services.
The acquisition will allow N‑able to incorporate Adlumin’s technology with N‑able’s platform, combining security, unified endpoint management, and data protection solutions, according to a statement from the companies.
This will allow N‑able to deliver deeper insights and remediation across the entire IT environment—advancing N‑able’s cybersecurity portfolio.
With this acquisition, N‑able also aims to scale its security portfolio and further grow its annual recurring revenue (ARR) from the existing partnership.
