A. Today’s Tech, Channel and MSP News

1. Thrive intros incident response & remediation service - Cloud, cybersecurity and managed service provider giant Thrive has launched Thrive Incident Response & Remediation, an on-demand cybersecurity response service to contain and remove threats, along with engineering assistance to rebuild and restore critical systems.

2. Customer win - Fortinet has won the business of Windstream Enterprise an IT managed services provider, which has unveiled Secure Flex Premium, a suite of cybersecurity infrastructure solutions from Fortinet. The solution provides a bespoke technology package built upon existing on-premises, hybrid or cloud environment, providing large enterprise clients with one solution backed by a team of managed services experts.

3. Email migration enhancement - ShareGate by Workleap, a management solution for Microsoft 365, now includes tenant-to-tenant mailbox migration capability, to lighten the load of big migration projects. ShareGate by Workleap already offers SharePoint and Teams migration and has added Exchange Online migrations for streamlined tenant-to-tenant transitions to Microsoft 365.

4. Identity & Access Management service now in Azure - Identity and access management for IoT provider Device Authority is now offering its Enterprise KeyScaler as a Service (KSaaS) on Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The solution won Microsoft’s Partner of the Year awards as its Rising Azure Technology of 2023 and Device Authority is now offering a free trial with introductory pricing options also available. The service is an infrastructure-free alternative to the company’s on-premise KeyScaler platform.

5. Fiber network expansion - Arelion and Telxius are collaborating to provide fully diverse, multi-terabit connectivity into Telxius’ landing stations in Boca Raton and Jacksonville, Florida. This fiber network expansion establishes Arelion Points-of-Presence (PoPs) at each Telxius landing station. For Telxius, it empowers customers with resilient Tier-1 optical transport and high-speed access to Arelion’s North American network. Together, Arelion and Telxius are making a significant investment in the Florida Peninsula to connect Latin American customers to North America through submarine and terrestrial systems.
