ERP M&A: Net at Work Acquires Acumatica Partner NexVue

Digital transformation services firm Net at Work has acquired NexVue, a leading Acumatica business partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NexVue, founded in 1980, is based in Stamford, Connecticut. The company has nine employees listed on LinkedIn. NexVue's areas of expertise include ERP Enterprise Resource Planning, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and CRM Customer Relationship Management.

This move will significantly expand Net at Work's Acumatica Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business and add experienced Acumatica professionals to the Net at Work team, the companies said.

The acquisition of NexVue marks the second Acumatica acquisition by Net at Work in just over a year. The company previously acquired Acumatica partner ProServe Solutions in April 2022. Earlier this year, Net at Work acquired Innovation ERP, a Sage consulting firm.
