IT solution and managed services provider Logicalis US is looking to help CIOs optimize their digital ecosystems across both business and environmental impact.
The company has launched the Managed Digital Fabric Platform, which will provide insights into key metrics like service availability, user experience, and environmental impact, the company said.
The platform generates a Digital Fabric Score based on five key metrics: availability, economics, environment, security, and user experience. This work is driven by AI and machine learning. The metrics are also benchmarked against similar organizations for comparison, and provide actionable recommendations for performance enhancement, Logicalis said.
Leveraging Data

A 2023 global CIO study by Logicalis found that 75% of CIOs need assistance to leverage their data for successful transformation.
Jon Groves, CEO, Logicalis US, commented:
"For many IT leaders, trying to objectively assess the performance of an organization's digital ecosystem is a complex undertaking, which we have simplified with the Managed Digital Fabric Platform. We identified the five factors that matter most to IT leaders, from application performance to environmental impact. Users get a real-time view of how their tech suite is performing in one place, offering a new level of crucial visibility that will help enable decisions to improve business impact."
