Indiana-based IT services and solutions provider Blue Star has merged with MapleTronics, a full-service IT planning and managed services provider (MSP) with offices in Indiana, Tennessee, and Florida.
The newly formed company will operate under the MapleTronics banner. Blue Star President Jon Morningstar shifts to the VP of Innovation position where he will oversee evaluation of the companies’ combined service offerings, review of internal systems, and fine-tune the new entity’s core processes.
“Combined with the additional knowledge, support and focus of services provided by the MapleTronics team – we feel we will be better together in enhancing our clients’ technology experience,” Morningstar wrote in a prepared statement.
Morningstar added that clients should expect to see increased resources and expertise, additional project and client technology resources, and new offerings including Training Services and After Hours Live Help Desk.
Blue Star was founded in 2004. Three years later, the company moved to its current office in Goshen, Indiana.
All of the company’s existing staff will move over to MapleTronics.
