Global business advisory firm FTI Consulting is acquiring Delta Partners, a consulting and investment banking firm with a focus on telecom, media and technology (TMT). Financial terms were not disclosed.

Delta Partners, founded in 2006, offers strategic, technical, financial, analytical, and operational advice. The company has Delta’s offices in Dubai, New York, Singapore, Barcelona, Johannesburg, San Francisco, and Sydney.
Delta's roughly 150 employees, including 21 senior managing directors, will join FTI Consulting. Delta CEO Victor Font shifts to FTI Consulting as a senior managing director and will serve as Co-Leader of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment’s TMT industry practice alongside Luke Schaeffer.
