Centaris Acquires Network Connections to Expand IT Solutions Portfolio

Michigan-based IT solutions provider, Centaris, has acquired Network Connections, Inc. (NCI). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Centaris formed in 2021 through a merger between the Center for Computer Resources (CCR) and Business Communication Systems (BCS). The company is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and has 110 employees listed on LinkedIn. Centaris’ areas of expertise include managed services for Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, as well as computer systems sales and service, structured cabling, varied voice/phone solutions, telephony, cloud VoIP solutions and internet/voice carrier services.

Network Connections, founded in 1982, is based in Clinton Township, Michigan. The company has 21 employees listed on LinkedIn. COMPANY NAME’s areas of expertise include managed IT services, hosted VoIP solutions, cloud integration services, IT consulting services, and mobile/remote workplace.

Strategic Growth and Team Integration

Centaris serves over 1,500 businesses nationwide. The acquisition is part of the company's strategy to broaden its IT service offerings. The transition will see NCI's CEO, Paul Licari, and his team joining Centaris, where Licari will take on the role of Senior Account Executive, Partner, focusing on sales.

Centaris previously acquired managed service provider Network Source One (NSO) in March 2023.
