Climb Channel Solutions is a global specialty technology distributor focusing on security, data management, connectivity, storage and HCI, virtualization and cloud, and software and application lifecycle.
2. E78 Partners Acquires The Avail Group: E78 Partners, a provider of advisory, talent, and managed solutions to asset managers, private equity sponsors, and corporate leaders across the middle-market through Fortune 500 companies, announced that it has acquired The Avail Group, an IT advisory firm that designs, deploys, and manages mission critical IT systems and private networks for global enterprises. The Avail Group's direct relationships with over 100 of the world’s largest network connectivity providers allow them to aggregate these providers and serve as a single point of contact for their management. This approach can significantly reduce IT expenses for businesses, which typically allocate 7% to 18% of their revenue to tech services and often face overbilling by carriers amounting to 8% to 12%.

Leaders from Microsoft and Verizon will be taking the stage alongside AppDirect CEO Nicolas Desmarais.
