Evergreen has acquired Digital Origin, an IT service company in Milton Keyes, England. Evergreen is a family of managed services and software companies funded by private equity with a buy-and-hold philosophy. Their slogan is “A Permanent Home for Your Business and Leaders.”

This investment marks pivotal milestones for both Evergreen and Digital Origin. This is Evergreen's second acquisition in the UK. Evergreen announced its initial UK expansion in September 2023 when it acquired The Final Step.
The deal also marks the beginning of Digital Origin's next phase of growth, the companies said in a statement. Knight Corporate Finance acted as exclusive advisors to Digital Origin and the transaction.
Digital Origin’s Details
Founded in August 2018, Digital Origin currently has 33 employees listed on LinkedIn. The company provides businesses throughout the UK with comprehensive solutions that combine all of their IT needs within a single provider.
Its connectivity-as-a-service or CaaS business model delivers wholesale IT, MSP, and cybersecurity solutions for three sectors -- IT connectivity, telephony, and mobile solutions.
This business combination will catalyze shared benefits and mutual support for Evergreen and Digital Origin, the companies said. Digital Origin has gained resources and opportunities that will propel its business growth and innovation forward.
